Alan Fox, President and Founder of Business Acquisition & Transitions, has substantial business experience in owning and managing small to medium-sized manufacturing, distribution and service businesses. Fox has extensive expertise in identifying solutions that enable enterprises to optimize their operations for more favorable business transitions. He works closely with executive management to develop strategies for continual improvement of critical processes in finance, administration, logistics and operations-to maximize corporate value.
Professional designations include, Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA), Senior Business Analyst (SBA), and Certified Business Counselor (CBC). Mr. Fox helps clients find and evaluate acquisition targets, develop business plans and increase profit. Through a strategic alliance he can supply third party ASA business machinery and equipment appraisals. He is an Officer of The Executive Board of Directors of the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce, a member of The Institute of Certified Business Counselors, The Association of Business Transfer Advocates and is active in many other professional associations. Fox has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from New York University. He resides in Princeton, New Jersey with his wife, Gloria.
